This is the delightful view from the velux of the cottage we stay in when we visit Stromness. It was a cold frosty but bright spring morning and the washing probably froze on the line!
This painting is a watercolour with mixed media (some added sparkle to the frosty roofs). It is mounted on a pale cream mountboard and framed in a slim oak wooden frame.
