By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions below.  These terms do not affect your statutory rights and jurisdiction for this website is governed exclusively by Scottish Law.

This website is owned by Tim and Janet Aykroyd of Sunnycroft Cottage, Skirza, Freswick, Wick, KW1 4XX.  Contact with us should be made preferably by e-mail to: enquiries@sunnycroftcottage.com, by post to the above address, or by telephone number on 07826 409802.  If you telephone, please remember that we may not be able to take your call immediately as we may be out and about, with customers, or even in the garden!

PLEASE NOTE: 

Where dimensions are given, every care has been taken to ensure accuracy but they must be taken as approximate.

DELIVERY:

During the winter months when the Studio is closed, we will take orders to the Post Office on Monday, and in the summer when the Studio is open we will post out on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you need an order more urgently, then please ensure you message us when you complete your order so we can make a special journey to the Post Office as soon as we are able.

We currently post via 1st class Royal Mail to the UK only as they have one price per weight and size for the whole of Britain.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

Orders up to £30 will be charged £3.

Orders from £31 to £60 will be charged £6.

Orders from £61 to £150 will be charged £10, and finally orders over £150 will have a Nil delivery charge.

Your order should be despatched within 7 days, and if an item is out of stock, we will e-mail to notify you when further stock will be available, and you can then decide if you wish to wait for the further stock to arrive.

PAYMENT:

We do encourage the use of card payments over the website, but you may pay by cheque or BACS if you prefer. Please contact us in the first instance to arrange these alternative methods of payment.  No goods will be despatched before payment is received in full.

RETURNS:

Whilst we hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, there may be a reason you wish to return an item that is not damaged. If so, please contact us by e-mail and we can arrange a refund once the item has been returned to us. Unwanted items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt or we reserve the right to decline to refund. We recommend that you return any items by recorded delivery as until we receive the item back we will not be able to refund your money.

DAMAGED PACKAGES:

Very occasionally an order may be damaged in the post. When you receive your order, you must first sign for it as "damaged" (if applicable) and check the packaging before opening. Please photograph anything that does not look right. Please then open your order, photographing any damage to the order. Kindly make contact with us within 24 hours of receiving the order, preferably by e-mail with the photographic evidence of damage. We can then arrange for either a refund or return to be implemented.  We cannot accept requests for refund due to damage without photographic evidence.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and we will advise you once this in process and when you should receive your refund.

Whilst customers have the right to see what information we hold about them, the only personal information stored and used by Sunnycroft Cottage Studio is what is needed for completion of an order.  We will NOT share any personal information with any other person, company or business unless required to do so by law.
