This is a view that we see every time we head to Wick and looks different on every occasion. What made this image work for Tim was the colour of the gorse outlining the field edges and the rays of light heading down through the clouds.
The painting is a pastel which is mounted on a pale cream mountboard and framed in a simple white frame to enhance the shades of the painting.
